Business-to-Consumer (B2C) Communication
Engaging and easily grasped advertising and marketing content targeted at individual buyers of your product or service
The marketing/sales cycle for B2C is usually much shorter than for B2B communication. Consumers are inundated with information and don’t want to wade through more just hoping to discover the benefits you offer. They expect you to quickly and distinctly show what's in it for them.
My job is to help your audience make (often emotional) buying decisions by reinforcing your brand promise and clearly communicating the value of your product or service to each individual consumer.
(Not surprisingly, the marketing and communication approach for Employee Communication is very similar to that of B2C.)
